Lindsey Dortch didn't wait for an engineer to fix the problem. She became one. Roxy sits down with the Senior Software Engineer who started her career as a Marketing Specialist — running email campaigns, moving search rankings, and obsessing over what actually drives growth — before pivoting to build the things she used to request.

Today she ships features for large-scale e-commerce, leads UI standardization efforts, engineers SEO initiatives, and runs Alors Creative, her own boutique agency where branding, strategy, and full-stack engineering all live under one roof.

A marketer who codes, and an engineer who never forgot the customer — Lindsey brings a perspective most teams don't know they're missing.
