Ready to join in on the fun?
Who is in control when AI becomes a collaborator?
Join us for our next Toronto Futures Breakfast featuring internationally recognized futurist, author and organizational strategist Dr. Elissa Farrow (PhD).
As AI reshapes how we work, lead and make decisions, we face some important questions:
🔹 How is agency shared and contested when humans and AI co-govern work and community outcomes?
🔹 How might beliefs about leadership, control, autonomy, and power evolve in hybrid human-AI environments and collaborations?
🔹 What capabilities will we need to shape ethical and inclusive AI-enabled futures?
In this interactive futures conversation, Dr. Farrow will introduce the emerging concept of agency literacy, a critical capability for navigating a world where power and decision-making is increasingly distributed and negotiated between humans and intelligent systems.
Through thought-provoking scenarios and discussion, we'll challenge assumptions about control, explore possible futures of human–AI collaboration, and consider how leaders can design more intentional, inclusive and future-ready organisations.
